Toy defective

The bath bomb was great. The toy... Not so much, as soon as you put the batteries in it worked with out the cap or turning it on then wouldn't turn off unless removing the batteries and the batteries were smoking hot. Didn't even use it hat it on for all of two minutes trying to figure out why it wouldn't turn off.
