Love it!
Great product for African American men. I keep it on my head the full 7 mins. Will remove the hair easily & no hair bumps. I use it about every 4 days. You do not need to shave with this product.

Clean head with no razors, Amozon is tripping
It definitely does the job, I love it. If I had used it. It's now January 4th, 2021 and AMAZON SAYS'S THAT THEY DIDN'T GET THE ITEMS. This was returned in September 2020. Now they're charging me for something that was returned to them. Yes, every time I get a chance too I will be letting others know what AMAZON is doing! have a great day...

Burned my scalp!
I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have used magic formulas "powder" for many years. The tube's use instructions are microscopic and extremely unreadable. I had to use a high power magnifying glass plus reading glasses to get a glimpse of the user instructions. All in all, the printing on the back of the tube was horrible. Once I figured out what the instructions were to use this product. I followed the instructions as specified. At exactly 4 minutes, I washed my head of the product as designated. First off, it did not remove the hair that it was brought to treat. About 10 minutes after finishing my shower, my scalp started to burn and luckily I had some Aveeno cream that applied to the affected area to soothe the scalp. The burning sensation lasted for an hour or so. I was so disappointed in this product.

I have sensitive skin so this product works for me. Can't do without it. I usually cut my hair down first before using this. Sometimes it gets all hair sometimes it dont. This leaves my head soft at times. Warning be careful on how long you leave it on. Can do damage to head. Dont use twice a day. Only use once. Dont make same mistake I made. Burn myself once

I'm not totally satisfied with the product but I would buy it
The product didn't work as well as I thought it would. It didn't remove all of the hair on my head, I you a razor to get the rest of the hair that was on my head. I'm not totally satisfied with the product but I would buy it again

Does not live up to the hype.
I ordered a new package and it showed up used and returned, with a note inside that the product does not work with bald heads. I figured I would try it anyway the note was right. I have a shaved head and I was looking for that really smooth feel. I followed instructions on the product and indid notice any difference. I will just be throwing the product away because I do not want to return it and have someone else get the used product.
